1. What is Website Designing?

Definition

Website Designing is the process of creating the layout, structure, color combination, typography, images, navigation menus, buttons, and other visual elements of a website. Its main objective is to create an attractive, user-friendly, and responsive website.

Website Designing वह प्रक्रिया है जिसमें Website का पूरा Design तैयार किया जाता है ताकि Visitor उसे आसानी से उपयोग कर सके।

Explanation

When an individual, organization, or business wants to establish an online identity, the first step is creating a professional website. However, simply creating a website is not enough. The website should also have a clean design, proper navigation, attractive colors, and a better user experience.

Website Designing includes Layout Planning, Typography, Color Psychology, User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), Responsive Design, and Navigation.

Today, Website Designing is both a Creative and Technical Skill.

यदि किसी Shopping Website में Product ढूँढना कठिन हो, तो ग्राहक तुरंत Website छोड़ देगा। इसलिए अच्छा Design बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होता है।

2. Importance of Website Designing

Today almost every business is online. Whether it is a small shop or a large company, everyone reaches customers through their website. A website works as a Digital Office that remains available 24×7.

Students can check course details, fee structure, admission forms, contact numbers, and locations online. Similarly, hospitals, banks, shopping websites, and government services are also available through websites.

A business without a website has an incomplete online presence.

3. History of Website Designing

The world’s first website was created in 1991. Initially, websites displayed only plain text without images, colors, or attractive layouts.

Later HTML was introduced for creating web pages. CSS added colors and layouts, while JavaScript made websites interactive.

Today technologies like Bootstrap, WordPress, Elementor, and AI Tools make website development faster and easier.

आज का युग पूरी तरह Digital Technology पर आधारित है। पहले लोग किसी दुकान, स्कूल, अस्पताल या कंपनी की जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए वहाँ स्वयं जाते थे, लेकिन आज अधिकांश जानकारी इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध है। इंटरनेट पर किसी भी संस्था, कंपनी या व्यक्ति की पहचान उसकी Website होती है। यदि किसी संस्था की Professional Website होती है, तो लोग उस पर अधिक विश्वास करते हैं।

Website Designing केवल Website बनाना नहीं है, बल्कि उसे सुंदर (Beautiful), उपयोगकर्ता के अनुकूल (User-Friendly), तेज़ (Fast), सुरक्षित (Secure) और सभी Devices जैसे Mobile, Tablet तथा Computer पर सही प्रकार से कार्य करने योग्य (Responsive) बनाना भी है। यही कारण है कि वर्तमान समय में Website Designing की मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है।

1. Website Designing क्या है?

Definition

Website Designing वह प्रक्रिया (Process) है जिसके माध्यम से किसी Website का Layout, Structure, Color Combination, Font Style, Images, Navigation Menu, Buttons तथा अन्य Visual Elements तैयार किए जाते हैं। इसका उद्देश्य ऐसी Website बनाना होता है जो देखने में आकर्षक (Attractive), उपयोग करने में आसान (User-Friendly) तथा सभी Devices पर सही प्रकार से कार्य करे।

जब किसी व्यक्ति, संस्था या कंपनी को इंटरनेट पर अपनी पहचान बनानी होती है, तो सबसे पहले उसकी Website तैयार की जाती है। लेकिन केवल Website बना देना पर्याप्त नहीं है। यदि Website का Design अच्छा नहीं होगा, तो Visitor अधिक समय तक Website पर नहीं रुकेगा।

Website Designing में केवल रंग और तस्वीरें जोड़ना ही कार्य नहीं होता। इसमें Layout Planning, Typography, Color Psychology, User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), Responsive Design तथा Navigation जैसी कई महत्वपूर्ण बातें शामिल होती हैं।

2. Website Designing की आवश्यकता

आज लगभग हर Business Online हो चुका है। चाहे वह छोटी दुकान हो या बड़ी कंपनी, सभी अपनी Website के माध्यम से ग्राहकों तक पहुँचते हैं। Website किसी भी Business का Digital Office होती है, जो 24×7 बिना रुके कार्य करती है।

यदि किसी Coaching Institute की Website है, तो छात्र Course Details, Fee Structure, Admission Form, Contact Number और Location घर बैठे देख सकते हैं। इसी प्रकार Hospital Appointment, Online Shopping, Banking तथा Government Services भी Website के माध्यम से उपलब्ध हैं।

3. Website Designing का इतिहास

सन् 1991 में दुनिया की पहली Website बनाई गई थी। उस समय Websites केवल साधारण Text दिखाती थीं। उनमें Images, Colors और आकर्षक Design नहीं होते थे।

बाद में HTML का विकास हुआ, जिससे Web Pages बनाना आसान हुआ। इसके बाद CSS ने Websites को रंग, Font और बेहतर Layout देना शुरू किया। JavaScript आने के बाद Websites Interactive बनने लगीं।

आज WordPress, Elementor, Bootstrap तथा AI Tools की सहायता से कम समय में Professional Websites बनाई जा सकती हैं। वर्तमान समय में Website Designing दुनिया की सबसे लोकप्रिय IT Skills में से एक है।

4. Website Designing के मुख्य उद्देश्य

Website Designing का उद्देश्य केवल Website बनाना नहीं होता, बल्कि Visitor को बेहतर अनुभव (User Experience) प्रदान करना भी होता है।
